Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the maintenance of game merchants, assist in the signing of game products, technical docking and after-sales service;
  • Familiar with the attributes and game product trends of the follow-up merchants, and familiar with all the company’s game products;
  • Communicate with merchants, grasp customer needs in a timely manner, and understand customer status;
  • Regularly analyze and sort out merchant files, provide merchant volume analysis data, and assist merchants to improve cargo volume as working criteria;
  • Accept merchant complaints, properly solve problems, and submit relevant projects for optimization;
  • Coordinate the work of various departments and provide complete after-sales service for merchants.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or above, major in business management.

  • Candidates with vast experience of different kinds of gaming platforms will be highly advantageous to be considered for this role.

  • Outgoing personality, strong communication and language skills, strong public relations skills, adaptability and negotiation skills;

  • Have a good sense of customer service and good team spirit;

  • Have good data analysis ability and be familiar with the use of various office software. 

  • Fluent in spoken and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
