Corporate Development Manager
Responsibilities:
You need to go to the Philippines for about 3 months first. After becoming a regular employee, you can return to Malaysia to work remotely depending on the situation.
- Conduct market research and apply strategic frameworks to analyze opportunities and develop solutions.
- Liaison with 3rd party partners on international development activities, such as overseas branch setup, key license and certificate applications.
- Develop presentations on key initiatives and the state of the business for senior management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts and agreements with key external customers and partners.
- Prepare communications and materials, design meeting content, plan events, and coordinate activities with colleagues.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Finance, or Law is required.
- 2-3 years’ work experience with reputable management consulting firm or in-house corporate strategy team on strategy and operational improvement projects, or equivalent experience from working in large corporate.
- Experience in legal or investment will also be considered.
- Able to navigate and understand a complex environment with the flexibility to change course quickly with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Willing to travel.
- Ability to speak Chinese will be a plus.
