Responsibilities:

Recruit, build, and train mobile and web developers to maintain high-level capabilities and efficiency of the team;

Make good project division of labor and personnel arrangements, and lead the team to deliver high-quality projects in a reasonable time;

Implement component-based and low-code work to improve R&D efficiency;
- Develop plans and supervise their implementation to ensure the security of the App during the development, packaging, and release stages, and provide customers with a banking-level security experience;
Requirements:

Bachelor degree in computer science, more than 8 years of front-end or mobile development experience;

Proficient in cross-platform frameworks, such as electron and flutter, and possess the comprehensive capabilities of a flutter architect;

Have in-depth research on automated packaging, certificate management, log and crash reporting, performance analysis, and listing for Android and iOS;

Have good business understanding and be able to promote product and design departments to cooperate to improve product quality from the perspective of safety and performance;

Strong sense of responsibility, strong initiative, interested in exploring the best practices of technology, and improving the capabilities of the entire team through training;

Proficient in Chinese and English (To liaise with chinese speaking clients)
