Application for EP
- The applicant’s passport details.
- Latest business overview or real-time information is registered on the following website: Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).
- Applicant’s educational certificates, such as a degree certificate.
- Candidate allows company or recruiter to apply on their behalf with written consent.
- MOM might require additional documents, which must be submitted in English or translated into English.

Account Registration

Submission of the Application

Checking Application Results
· MOM usually informs companies within two to four weeks, or asking for more details.
· The applicant’s resume must be submitted in English format.
· Employment contract also needs to be submitted in English.

· The company’s existing major customer and supplier contracts -

Undergo Medical Examination
· Please bring the following documents for medical examination (including HIV and X-ray tests):

Step 5
Issuance of the Employment Pass Card
· Short-term access pass
· Singapore contact number
· The address in Singapore must comply with the Housing Development Board’s housing requirements.
· Appointment for fingerprinting collection date -
Step 6
Fingerprint Collection
· On the scheduled date, please proceed to the MOM with the approved letter and relevant documents for fingerprint collection.
· Please arrive on time at the MOM -
Step 7
Collecting the Employment Pass Card
· The Pass Card will be mailed to your company address within four working days
· Simultaneously download the EP card app via your phone. -
Step 8
Opening a Bank Account
· Pass card
