- Submit the application and make the required payment.
- Pending for approval
- Notification for collection.
- Get an identity card.
Get approval letter
Make an appointment online to visit ICA to complete the necessary formalities. The ICA officer will advise you of the date of collection.
Collecting the identity card
Go to ICA to pick up your ID according to the date of your appointment
If you receive a rejection letter
Wait at least 6 months before resubmitting your application. This is because, unless your circumstances change significantly (e.g. higher salary, new qualifications, etc.), your reapplication is unlikely to be approved
